Account Level Restrictions

Super User vs Non-Super User

Super user status is set in the account tab of Manage Users. It is selected by selecting the radio button "yes" next to super user. Selecting "no" will set the account to regular user. See below for the difference between a super user and a regular user.
 

Super Users (SU) - Can do everything

  • Modify user accounts

  • Create/Edit searches

  • Set folder restrictions

  • Create word lists 


Non-super Users

  • Create/Edit searches

  • View folder restrictions only

  • Create word lists

  • CANNOT modify user accounts, can view their own account information


Read Only Users

  • Can view collected data for the searches they have access

  • ​Can add/delete tags for results

  • Can only view folder restrictions only in Search tree (setup tab/context menu)

  • Cannot create/Edit searches

  • Cannot create word lists

  • CANNOT modify user accounts, can view their own account information
