How Intelligent Discovery is Managed

DigitalStakeout's team is constantly improving our algorithms. They are updated weekly to detect new scenarios that can be repeatedly discovered with minimal false positives. As a general rule, single words are not categorized by Intelligent Discovery. In many cases, a single word can have multiple uses and multiple meanings. Relying on a single word to categorize a post would create an untenable amount of false positives for customers.

Your Participation Matters

We designed Intelligent Discovery to constantly evolve and to be improved by collective intelligence. If you observe a post in Scout that you believe should have been discovered, please forward the sample to support using the link in the help menu in the upper right hand corner (the yellow circle with a question mark).  Our research team will quickly review the sample and determine if it can be added for detection.
